What is the latest technology used for generating high quality
images of artwork?
In the past digital backs or photography were used. But we instead use professional oversize flatbed scanners which have cameras that are right up against the glass, and slowly illuminate and scroll down the artwork generating very high quality images that are also geometrically accurate to the dimensions of the original art. Far superior to photography.

What is the highest DPI and largest item you can scan?
We can scan items up to 48” x 70” in size and up to 600DPI in color, grayscale, or B&W. We can also scan larger pieces in multiple passes.
Can you digitize delicate materials that are difficult to scan?
Yes, our focus is on scanning oversize, valuable, unique & delicate items that require specialized equipment.
How do I receive the images?
We can email, post the images to our Sftp for download, or we can ship on DVD.
What type of paper should I choose for printing?
We have different paper options and materials you can choose from.
Do you guarantee your work?
We do stand by our services and if for any reason the print is not what you expected, we will re-do it at no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all different forms of payment from cash and check to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
